This is my 3rd attempt to have tires installed with an appointment and my wait time is over 3 hours. User’s recommendation: I don’t work for Mavis and will therefore leave ways of improving customer service to their staff.
Office - completely missed. Initially promises to deliver the product the next day, because the product is in stock, but then call and announce that the product is out of stock, but will appear in a few days, etc. It takes 2 weeks... No product.
