Fraud
Hello! Before traveling to Belgium (at the end of October 2020), I found out that my AuMobile prepaid card (formerly Okarte) will work without problems in the EEA countries (including being in the EEA). I deposit 15 € into the card account for enough time. According to AuMobile, neither Germany nor Belgium is one of the EEA countries. Arriving in Dortmund, a red cross appeared on my phone's SIM card and all efforts to activate the SIM card were in vain. I was left without any contact, but I still had to go to Belgium. When I had the opportunity to call AuMobile, they said that everything should work, but nothing. Radi got to buy a connection from a local company in his own name so that communication was possible. I think that my SIM card is dead, because when I arrived in Australia, the SIM card still did not work. Now, while at home (in Australia), I called AuMobile info and gave me a code that I have to enter to unlock the SIM card and now everything works. I consider this to be CONSCIOUS CUSTOMER FRAUD and it is hard to imagine greater pigship (to put it mildly). Yours sincerely, In general, such conduct is punishable.
