Poor service

Yesterday we bought a sofa for a child, which was kindly given to us in the warehouses! When we took home we found a defect! Torn in the side! I immediately wrote them and attached pictures! To which I replied that I would consider it within two weeks! When told that I have no place where they store said that it is not their problem! Service, I scratch!
