Mostly lettuce cores in salad and brown lettuce in center

I bought 2 different marketside salads. On one all lettuce in center was brown. covered with thin layer of lettuce to hide it. The other one had 4 lettuce cores in it. Done with buying these

Marketside Cesar Salad had a bug

Today on my lunch period i opened my salad and put everything in the package together and started to mix it together and found a bug. Lunch ruined. Very dissappointed. I eat this every day for lunch.
