Defective Product
A few days ago, I received the ordered bluetooth headset through a parcel terminal, gladly opened the package and the first joys passed with it. The packaging has already been torn, even torn. There is some mystical left rubber on the head and there is no aster in the package. I thought, well, I'll come up with something. I connected the headset to the phone and I was super disappointed, because the headset sucks. And for all the extras, the headset has a broken volume control. Of course I wrote for the store. Asked to send pictures and describe the problem. I did, and I haven't received any more answers.
