Today I am using a coupon I bought as a stock - a haircut with hot scissors + ultrasound therapy + regenerating mask "Global Keratin". I can't find the right words to express my disappointment. Although I had read bad reviews about this salon on this site before, I still hoped that I would be lucky - I was wrong. Entering the salon and announcing that I had come to my procedure, the receptionist looked very dissatisfied, because, as I understood it, another client was already registered at the same time. I still accepted it - it happens in any way. Took me to the hairdresser - a woman of years, if I am not mistaken, called Yelena (or any other popular name for Italian women). Took me to wash my head. I was used to it as a pleasant procedure that includes a head massage, shampoo, balm and so on. What I got was she was actually scratching my head. I felt that the shampoo was not applied to all the hair and it was not possible with any other "miracle detergent". Then the laying of the mask began. My hair is long and thick. I immediately noticed that the hairdressers are not satisfied with it, combing the sometimes twisted facial expression. I waited for the mask to be applied all over my head, as usual, carefully massaging / combing my hair - in the end I put a few pimples in some places, something worked with a brush and everything - installed a heating device and left me that way. Then washed out the mask. I was expecting that maybe at least this time I would put some remedy - no, just rinsed the mask. I know that if I don't use balm, my hair is always like a poodle at the hair dryer, so I already have a feeling that it will hardly end well. Haircutting was the most "fun" part. It turned out that she does not understand practically anything in Canadian - she could not even understand that I said that I know that the ends of the hair are quite damaged and therefore I think that you can ceiling a lot, but not shorter than your shoulders. With the help of a colleague and my breakup, I understood something in Italian. In the end, I was glad that when it wasn't so crazy anymore, only a centimeter would have to fall. It also cut off. I said to cut gradually, to have volume at the top of the head and "colon" to cut obliquely slightly across the forehead. The result - all hair per centimeter is trimmed, including the hair,which is nowhere near oblique across the forehead (if I put it obliquely, then my face up to my chin is behind my hair). I also didn't expect when I would cut more and started drying. Then the miracles of the lack of balm appeared. It tore my "poodle" hair in every way and justified that my hair was only like that after washing and so on. Always part of the colon (because the track is far to the left) other trimmers fill me so that there is no simple stack of hair on one side. This one didn't even think of anything like that. Of course, no message from silk, because the hair was already burned without balm and with, for the salon, the slow drying of a very weak hair dryer. The result - a total disappointment in the amount of 12 lats, because the cut has not changed at all, I do not see any benefit from the mask, in fact, the hair looks even more terrible than after I simply washed them at home with the cheapest shampoo and balm found in drugs and combed with a normal hair dryer. I recommend not to get caught up in the coupons offered by Orchid. This only proves once again that good salons do not have to offer their services at half the price. I will learn from my mistake and recommend it to others.
