Poor service, inhumane treatment
I was a customer for several years, I am no longer there because I was disconnected. I take the goods on a split payment, I pay the bills. There was a moment that I could not pay because the works were stopped by covid 19, from May to July I could not pay, in July I resumed payment, and a little covered the debt. I suddenly close the services, saying that I have to pay all the overdue debt. I was called to tet, that I would pay the arrears in installments, and pay the current payment bills... , it turned out I did not hear... Now charged the total amount for equipment and services a larger amount than it is. Adding the amount specified in the contract and the amount paid is less. When sending an email to a tet to find out why such a high total bill, the tet simply ignores it. I sent another email to tet, still ignoring... I didn't know that tet is such an inhumane company...
