Poor service
I had to go to work today at 10.00, I did not meet and I wrote them in TIME the question, can I postpone it to 13.00? No one answered me. I wrote again, no answer. I sent question marks, no answers. Logically, I didn't come because I couldn't. Around 12 I am written from another issue:? Waiting for a call! To the question - who are you? I replied- I said calls! I called back, they started talking to me in a raised tone - we had talked, and you were sending some question marks to your work phone. I calmly said that there was a text message with a question about the transfer, but now she started laughing hysterically and asked rudely - what are we, a crazy street girls' office?! Next shouted something, but I did not listen, just thank you - thank you for looking forward, and hung up.So call me from the work phone (to which I sent the sms), if there is anything to start with. I didn't want to say anything to them anymore, and I was shocked by the hysterical attitude. That's how I answered.
