Fraud

I purchased a coupon for $ 26.90 with delivery of the jacket until November 21, 2018. I am not receiving anything , but I am receiving a letter that I have not returned the money, but the product will be delivered by January 9, 2019. So far I have not received the product or money and no longer reply to my letters!
