Got locked into the gym!

Im locked in right now at the Valley Stream location. Need someone to come let me out! I was in the bathroom and the girl didnt check and locked me in.

Charges to my account for membership and my gym has been closed since april 2020

Lucille Robert sucks b/c they never email that the gym in Astoria closed and they are still charging me $29.99 every month. I been calling 914-347-****, 728-444-**** and 201-555-****… NO ANSWER… this just outrageous. I want my $$$ back. Their customer service is the worst and thats no wonder the gym failed. User’s recommendation: Do not join.

I was enjoying myself at the gym. It is very unfortunate they are closed for good it seems.. The number is no longer in service

Gym has been closed but still being charged a membership fee

I used to be a member of Lucille Roberts in Jersey City, New Jersey. The club closed with no notice to the members. It has been padlocked since Governor Murphy closed gyms in New Jersey.
