Dishonest customer service reps

Sent my bag in for repair and after more than three months nobody seems to know where it is and when the repair will be completed. Customer service reps can never give a straight honest answer and when I ask to speak to a supervisor they disconnect my calls.

Attempted to purchase items online info given from debit card no order number given and said to use different method for pymt and then Louis Vuitton made 4 deduction on my bank acnt User’s recommendation: I wouldn’t recommend.
