Fraud in Optus's terrestrial television performance

The problem started with buying a card and a telecom representative's phone call about concluding a contract. The sequel was just unbelievable - they send me an invoice and a contract at the same time to sign, but at the same time they claim that the contract has already been signed... Just unbelievable, I was surprised, I didn't have a switch. A telephone conversation initiated by a representative of Optus offered to close it, but it was only at the level of conversations before I was acquainted with the offer. In this situation, it would be very interesting for me to see the contract signed with me as a subscriber's signature. (Maybe the signatures are forged?) Unfortunately, the contract sent by Optus is standing on my shelf. After reading its terms and evaluating the quality of services on a monthly basis, I did not want to sign it. Optus would recommend reading clause no. 6. 1, where they have written - the Agreement enters into force on the day of its signing and is concluded for an indefinite period of time. There is no question of verbally not concluding the Treaty. Consequently, the Treaty has not entered into force. I ignore the requirement to sign and send the contract by March 17, 2010 (postmark). The statement that I concluded it this year 10. 02. 2010, although I received the sent letter with the Agreement only this year. March 10, 2010, so after a month, is unacceptable to a clear mind. I admit it's a deliberate, deliberate fraud where I'm not the only one fooling around. In the agreement offered by Optus Item No. 5. 6. commitments on poor service are not sufficiently stipulated. In my opinion, the agreement was drawn up unilaterally. Optus should be held liable for deliberate fraud. It's a pity it simplifies people. Everything has its limits. Here is another case where legal action is required. Quoting [hide] @Optus.org: Hello! Thank you for your letter! You have signed a contract for Virzeme television this year. 10. 02. 2010 in the Yota store (Optus Terrestrial TV with a fixed-term agreement for 24 months), where you can watch Terrestrial TV for free for the first three months as part of the campaign. If you terminate the contract, you have to pay a contractual penalty of AUD 20 If you have any questions, please continue to write to us! Sincerely, Optus www. Optus.org
