Just bad on all aspects. Dont understand how a manager in his or her position could allow a meal to go out his store in this condition .Cold ,greasie and stale french fries . Unacceptable!!!!!
Went to my local Long John Silvers drive through on Mother’s Day and nobody was there to take my order so I left and went elsewhere
I went to long john silvers today and ordered 3 L1s. Got home to find only 2 meals in the bag but was charged for 3. They also failed to give me a receipt. This is Lindale,Texas. I live 20 miles outside of this town.
Traveling thru, stopped for a family meal, drive thru slammed window in our face after asking for tar tar sauce. Moved up to wait for order then we’re told three packets of tar tar and three of ketchup were all they could give. My son got out of the car to go inside, another employee stood there...
