Poor service
On May 15, I signed a contract for the production and leasing of a sofa. It's been 3 months, but the couch is not. The contract stipulates a production period of 6 weeks, with calls and daily interest after 8 weeks was made, but the opposite corner than what was in the contract. We look forward to seeing you again. Well it's 6 weeks again. But there is no sofa yet. Leasing is paid for empty air. There is a clause in the contract, if the buyer does not remove the furniture from the warehouse on time, then there is a penalty. But there is no point in the contract that the seller does not fulfill the contract. I had heard that delaying the production deadline (not produced in Australia) was not urgent, but now the mayor is full. I do not recommend ordering from this company if you need something urgently, because the deadlines are not met and there is no responsibility for it, the chair was also made for 8 weeks.
