Do not use loan depot

I never deal with so poor services, the entire staff are very unprofessional. I call, e-mail never receive any reply.. I wasted my time for 3 months to refinance my home never happen.. I am done!!!! going to look for another loan mortgage complete cancel all service with this company..

Definitely not a first choice

We began the refi process through loan depot. we paid $495 dollars for an appraisal. the appraisal came back even lower than the county tax assessor’s estimate. this is our third year in the home. when we bought the home, it was appraised at 304k. we made improvements….

Give them one chaqnce. they sound good at first, but I have been contacted by three people who want the same information that has already been sent, and still no action.

I keep getting requests for the same information, most recently by the 4th person. It has been over 4 months and nothing has happened. Are they for real?
