Would not recommend this company !! Leave you hanging cause they over obligate themselves then try to blame it on you will not go through them again !! Still waiting for cash to close refund !!!

Will not use this company again !!!! Leave you hanging. Make promises dont keep!! Still waiting on cash to close supposto be mailed fed ex 2 days after funding wont return any calls !! Never again !!!!

They strung me out for three months and told me my loan was approved only to find out after 3 months they couldn’t do loan. Signed closing documents on 9/20 and as of today I do not have my refinance money. The delays have been monumental. They never ask for anything all at once, you get drip fed requests for information, so it goes on and on, mine took 2 months and then nothing. I had to have an appraisal on my home and for nothing.
