New Box broke after 1 month and customer service wants a receipt from 8 months ago when you just sent me a replacement 1 month ago. I asked dont you have that info already And Lela was no help. Fire her
The design of the electrical outlet is a bad design this is the third unit I’ve had to replace because the plug falls in the box and I can’t pull it back out
Like everyone else had to get a replacement seems to work but dirty as *** then get the refills what’s don’t fit properly so abundant of litter and *** go in between it and when you call about it for help they talk to you like you’re stupid, Next Step I’m trying to get my money back...
