Light coming on too early

My lithonia dusk to dawn light is coming on while its still daylight at 5pm it doesnt start getting dark until 9pm. Why is this happening? Please help

400 gwl led issue

I was trying to find out if there was an alternative to replacing entire fixture. Did not know because could determine what fixture was or if they could replace it. This probably isn’t your fault… I bought a flat panel LED light 1×4. When i ordered the box there was only the light and nothing else. I’m sure someone opened this box and took everything else out.

The sad part is my local Lowes don’t have anymore in stock. How can I order everything put the light because I truly need the hardware to install this beautiful light.

Malfunctioninf track fixture

Installed a track and 4 fixtures approximately 5 years ago for a customer. Two of the fixtures stopped working and these particular fixtures do not have replaceable bulbs. Clearly, the entire fixture needs to be replaced, or certainly a significant part of the fixture; not a home owner process. Model no. LTIHGAVL, 8 watts.
