Low quality service

I wanted to share my January 1 experience with Fontaine Delisnack. We ordered 2 chicken burritos, the usual fries and fries with chili and cheese + 2 cola. Delivery as usual Delisnack is slow, but it is logical, but January 1. And then came the moment when we received the order. As a regular customer, when ordering from Delisnack once a month, I have seen all sorts of miracles, but I received one for the first time. 1. Delisnack's diligent dwarfs had forgotten to add fries, but I only noticed this when the supplier was away. When I called the operator, I told him everything and promised to solve the situation, but no one called me or brought anything. Result - 1 fry. 2. When you open the cheese chili fries, all the fries at the top are burnt black. As coal is not highly respected, the result is already - 2 fries. 3. When ordering Burrito, we asked you to make one plain and one blunt. Halfway through, it couldn't tell the difference between the usual and the blunt ones. 4. And when we had come to terms with the lost fries and sharp / inaccurate burrito, we found that the other half of the burrito had been burned. Conclusion - before delivery always make sure what is being brought, advise to even open it and see if it is not burned, as in our case. And sadly, unfortunately Delisnack has lost its quality, so I will choose other alternatives in the future and I advise you not to order food from Delisnack as well.
