Cpap machine malfunctioning

Why is there no hotline number 24 hours to help with cpap machine on weekends? Just received a new mask for cpap machine but machine is indicating the seal is not right. Tried old mask and still mAchine is saying mask not sealed.

Don’t over do it this weekend

My wife called 5 -9 and told lincare answering service that we would need oxygen by 5 o’clock 5-10. She decided to check with then at or around 12 o’clock got answering service again .
