Requesting a refund

I was mailed the wrong size of a pair of shoes and returned them several weeks ago. Their shoe sizes do not equate to standard US sizes. Light in the box is very difficult to do business with. It is impossible to phone or email their customers service. It impossible to exchange or return any unwanted items. It is not a good company.

I am calling to return to return the wrong item. There is straight forward email to get to their customers service. User’s recommendation: I will not recommend anyone to this company.
