Return of an item that had been cancelled before being shipped.

I cancelled item before it was shipped. Now I am having problems getting their address. Item was shipped anyway. Having problems with them sending me a return address. User’s recommendation: Be extra careful when making a purchase from “Lightinthebox”.

I find it to be utterly ridiculous the way business is being conducted, my order was placed on 7/25/21 and have not received my purchase order and cannot seem to get in contact customer service, unacceptable! User’s recommendation: Do not purchase anything.
