My school has used lifetouch for several decades, and almost everybody I know who have had to deal with them in the past and present HATE them. Infamous for taking the worst photos and then charging far too much for the service. Very unnatural posing and lighting, and nobody looks themselves because photos are either taken awkwardly...

At the time of the photos, when the envelope was given to us we were moving and misplaced the envelope. And we have recently found it and are afraid that there’s nothing we can do about it now.
I finally got thru to two people..they said they sent my request for a copyright release both times..gave my phone number an e-mail information..needed the release to have a church pic enlarged for my daughter’s funeral service..NEVER heard from anyone..will not recommend lifetouch to anyone..thanks for nothing User’s recommendation: will not recommend !!!
