Problems with my JCP Lifetouch order

After several calls to JCP and Shutterfly I was still unable to get the help I need. The photographer at JCP messed up the wording on several of my pictures and left many others blank, when I got the email from Shutterfly with my photo package I was in shock that the photographer left the pictures empty.... They need to hire photographers who know what they are doing. There was not one photo of my 5 yr old worth paying for. She would tell him to say chicken and snapped the picture as he the ch out WORST

View the pictures they speak for themselves. In each pic he is saying the word she asked him to say and snapped the picture early or late as he formed his lips for the word. If your CS can not see what my complaint is and is valid then your company needs to re group on what... Read more➤

Portraits are horrible

I ordered my grandson’s football portraits. I ordered basic retouching and a package. The pictures made the grass brown and his skin jaundice looking. The football was upside down.
