Unsafe Passenger Air Carriage
Hello, Novaturs and Tedzururs for charters to Tenerife, etc. use SMARTLYNX-cheap and dangerous airline. In January 2020, the flight to Tenerife was delayed by 5 hours because the plane simply did not work. He was repaired and then sent a stenciled old plane, while on the way back, a Smartlynx plane made a forced landing in Gdansk due to running out of fuel and again delaying its arrival by 4 hours, a total of at least 9 hours lost. But most importantly, it is NOT safe to fly with Smartlynx. I don't understand LV, but isn't Africa that bad companies carry poor quality passengers that allow it? Where to complain Before you pay for a trip (whether Tedzur or Novaturs delivers), find out who will take the flight.
