My package was not delivered, they returned it to the company due to the error of lids in not placing my information correctly and I can not communicate with them either and it has been almost a month

Never received my hat

the lady that talk to customer service was very helpful. it was really hard to find the phone number. and I went to the Lids store and look at near my house try to resolve my issue. but they were no help at all User’s recommendation: I recommend it to anybody.

Package claim

The package arrived incomplete and with the bottom wrapping altered. And with tape placed in an opposite position. Only the caps arrived in the package

WWE Hat

Hello. I’m being told to different stories. From lids Twitter and online customer service says you do custom WWE hats. But in store they tell me that no WWE designs can be put on the hat. Only like a simple signature. So who is right? Thank you for the help.

Couldnt use gift card in store

I bought a gift card for my nephew he went to lids store said they don’t accept gift cards and what’s the point of selling them that was a waste of my time I waste of his time and it was a inconvenience User’s recommendation: Don’t buy gift cards it’s a waste of your time.
