I have been trying to get this credit since Feb ’21. The wrong item was shipped in Jan’21. I returned it, because it was the wrong size. Now, Liberator won’t give me the credit, I have called them 3 times. Each time I call, I get a person that tells me basically that they can’t help me....

Absolutely horrendous customer service. 75% of the time that you attempt to contact them, you’ll get the “Answering Service”. These people cannot help you, do not show any care for the reason you are calling, and then state that they’ll have someone call you back….
