Tag dye leak

I bought a sweatshirt that was the dye and it has a grey tan on neck. When washed it leaked grey all over sweatshirt.

Cancel order

Payment went through without authorization, shipping cost was £86 for just a top. I want a full refund and shipping cost its hasn’t even been shipped yet so cancel it quickly User’s recommendation: Don’t buy from LF stores if u live in England.
