The product bought is not working

I bought greemy rechargeable nose and ear trimmer from your store @ ota, idiroko rd on the last Saturday 31/07/2021 but to my own surprise this product refuse to work. User’s recommendation: Always cross check your Goods before display them and always listen to your customers when bring any complain.

Terrific company policies

I bought binatone recharge fan from Justrite and after 3days product which has a 2yr warranty stops working and they are refusing me a replacement rather than check if the product was fault they asked their local technician non binatone certified to start unscrewing the fan to check thbattery.Justrite company policy isnt just not right in anyway
