Original review updated by user Jun 06, 2021 My driveway and parts of my sidewalk were cracked before closing. Lennar poured the new concrete in the rain. Now I have a two-toned concrete sidewalk and driveway. Lennar told me they were going to fix it after closing they lied! User’s recommendation: Do not purchase a Lennar home.
So Lennars Construction Manager (Jay) called the county to issue a violation for our pavers not being 5 feet from the vacant lot next to us. My mother-in-law is in a wheelchair which requires 36 clearance (hence our 36 sidewalk). Sad that they cannot control their own…

Seller sends customers 3 houses onwards

Yesterday's painful case on 110.shop Hill Street, where I concluded that the seller gently sends customers 3 houses onwards . I wanted my husband to buy a new phone. I found i-net stores that I can offer to buy today, even if I go to them. I sent the query to multiple addresses. But from 110.shop I received a correct answer that there is and that you can book in my name. Very nice. They even called and asked if it was ok that instruction in American was not available yet. Well ok, I agreed. The fun started when I arrived. Above the entrance is a large sign "... the best shop". Well, in a good mood, I stood against the inscription that you only pay in cash... Well, the super best store... I didn't want to buy a lease and I didn't carry 200 USD of cash usually in my pocket. Here I expressed my pain to the seller, to which he replied that "this is the buyer's plus, the advantage", so let me be happy about it... Because thanks to this buyer's bonus (pay on the spot only in cash) is cheaper with them goods. Well, what to do, ordered is, I'm here... and I want to get a phone. It is good that at least the seller blessed his kindness and told me where the nearest bookstore was. Going for a walk to the HansaBanka ATM on First Street, I started to think which dog is more profitable for me? This was not the cheapest place where the particular model was available. I chose this store only for other more advantageous reasons. Returning from the walk... existed in line... knowing that there are 3 children and an impatient husband waiting in the car... when ordering my order, I also tell the seller that he is mistaken that it is the buyer's advantage...
