Horrible bagels

Your bagels are not sliced properly. Therefore they cook unevenly. I have a bagel a centimeter thin and the other side 2 inches thick.. multiple in the bag are sliced this way I have pictures to show and upcs if you dont believe me. Terrible slicing

Love your bagels. However for months now the slicing has been terrible. One side soooo thin. I always end up burning it in the toaster. Wish you would fix this. i usually buy onion.
