Legacy is beautiful, as others have mentioned. Legacy is spacious and well maintained. But Legacy also allows cars and mobile homes to park on the streets all night and these are NOT contractors. They are residents, randomly parking cars by mailboxes because their two-car garages are filled to the brim with boxes. Garbage cans are left out...

The HOA persons in charge have been harassing all of the neighbors. They hired a high priced attorney to go after me for things that are not listed in the CC&Rs. Using HOA funds for personal vendettas because they don’t like out of state people. Worst community to live in.
