Vest is obviously not the correct size using the seller’s size chart. No solution offered.

Ordered leather vest from LeatherCult.com. PayPal charge was by Harry Fashion. the size is not correct. I’ve exchanged 5 emails with pictures of a tape measure on the vest clearly showing the vest is not the size I ordered. User’s recommendation: Caution: PayPal dismissed my complaint saying that they ” cover this type of purchase”.
