Group work interview. In the beginning we had to wait 20 minutes for recruitment specialists, then we play kindergarten games - remember the puzzle, the role of the game seller / buyer, tell about it. The whole nightmare lasted 2 hours. Of course, I do not work. There are some strange recruitment criteria in this company. Isn't it just right to invite only suitable candidates for an interview, do you really need to steal the time of jobseekers?
