I havent received my refund after more than 10 business day

I cancelled an order on 27 Mar. I expect to receive refund in 10 business day, but now it is already more 10 days and i havent get refunded.

Delivery cannot be done, I gave my correct phone 9720****, but was printed as 9720****, I don’t know why delivery cannot check the given correct postal code 529865 on his handphone, the full address given is correct
