Called 2 times Lazada Customer Care incharge reg s query, first one in midway start posing my call is not going through and he is not able to hear me. Again called, 2nd one gone missing midway

If CC incharge doesn’t want to entertain calls and resolve the query, they need to be fired! Received 10″ TAB is not working within 12 days. Totally cannot use

Tab seller is ORENIZYS. I bought 10″ android tablet. Within 12 days Portrait screen mode turned to Landscape mode and can see Half of the screen only. It is getting charged up to 10% only.
