About my refund on a double payed an item.

I payed already the item I choose but when I checked it’s unpaid but they deducted my gcash account…that’s not good User’s recommendation: It’s shit,…..it’s not good they get your money for nothing.

Order being mishandled. Customer support not helpful

My ordernis delayed since local courier wont pick it up at sellers location. After 2days of delay order was picked up and was sent to different location. Customer support not helpful and just giving run around.

Important concern

Cannot cancel order which was placed even without confirmation. Items were not checked out but were still placed. Sellers are unresponsive and so is Lazada itself.
