The delivery courrier throw my parcel that is fragile. And the parcel wrote mudah pecah and kinta Abang pos jangan baling. But the Abang bos baling it into my house instead of calling me. Even the tracking tool did not state it arrived and will be arrived within an hour
The track delivery detail says its delivered but I didnt receive anything and i didnt ask anyone to help me to take the parcel. I want a refund unless your company can help me contact the postman. User’s recommendation: Not safe at the delivery part.
