Lost obd connector and nobuddy knows anything!

waiting on activation code and never got it. 2 months without scan tool. never again will i buy china launch tech crap. User’s recommendation: never buy launch tech products unless u throw money away.

Help with scanner

Whoever I spoke to originally seemed very unhappy to even attempt helping me (what little he tried) I then spoke to the tool truck dealer I ordered the scanner from, and he contacted someone else who actually helped tremendously. Scanner is being sent in for repairs.

Memory card erased
