Really annoyed.

No response at all from my case. My master password was correct they tell me but I can’t log in with it. Locked out and it’s extremely frustrating. Lynley User’s recommendation: Don’t use this product

Onscreen keyboard

When logging in using your supplied onscreen keyboard, shouldn’t it be the case, when the ‘Shift’ key is used, that the letters revert to lowercase after entering the first one? Surely it should only be the ‘Caps’ key that permanently selects continuous upper case.
Got charged a yearly renewal subscription and my account reset from premium to free = limited. Customer support not responding. They charge your credit card a yearly fee, wait for 30 days and then reset your account to free, so you cannot apply for a refund from Apple App store.
