I didn't receive the item

11/26/2019. In the online store 110.shop I ordered (order no.7953859) 6. Gb luminor blue plates, 2. Gb. Scarves, 1. Gb. Silicone baking mold. I received the scarves (1st piece. The color was not as ordered), I also received the silicone shape, but out of 6 plates in the box there was only 1 plate! 12/18/2019 A record appeared on 110.shop that the order was fulfilled. From 17.12.2019. I called, wrote 110.shop and omniva, no result - so they blame each other. So far, 24.02.2020. 5. Gb. No plates.
