Can’t get in contact with last minute

No one is emailing me back or answering the phones. I got an email to say my flight is cancelled but looks like a scam and want confirmation if its true or not!! I requested a change of flight more than a week ago and NOTHING!!! User’s recommendation: Never book of them.

Non existent (literally) customer service.

I booked flights for next March on 20/6 and paid for flexi travel in case we needed to change dates. Very next day due to personal circumstances had to change the dates.
