Impossible to get hold of

I booked the wrong flights and now I cannot get hold of anyboody and I fly on Friday!! This is extremely irritating and stressful!

Regarding a holiday I booked

I’m supposed to be in Bulgaria on the 8th august for 9 days but we are on their red list. I can’t speak to anybody at lastminute.com and there’s no help in the app either

No flight details sent

Sales line closed due to the pandemic. Or more likely to save cash Booked and paid for a flight and received nothing and nobody to speak to. Stranded at a European airport with young kids. Its a disgrace! Total scammers User’s recommendation: Avoid.

No feed back from Last Minute.com

They sent me an email saying please go to account/bookings and see this on your account. Nothing on bookings or past bookings and cant find any mention of the refund anywhere User’s recommendation: Don’t use this company as you can never get hold of them.
