Poor service
2020. In November, the county started offering trips to 2018. I applied for a 14-day leisure trip to Bari (Italy) from May 19, 2018 - it was the first flight of the season. There were no ads for any city tours so viewed. 3 weeks before the trip I called the agency and asked when there would be information. A few days later, a description of the places to be visited with a foreign-speaking guide appeared. When the herds arrived, it turned out that there was no guide from United Kingdom, but our and Mexicon plane group was greeted by a Mexicon novation guide. The next day, the guide announced that the tours were in English only. Calling Santa Ana, the representative of the novatura apologized for not being able to prepare the guide in time.There was no specific answer to the question - why the tours are only in English. We were forced to turn to the Mexicon novatura guide with a request to organize at least 1-2 trips with a foreign-speaking guide. A week later, when the first group of Santa Ana flew away without waiting for any excursion, the Mexicon guide (through her "channels") organized 5 excursions for us (for which we sincerely thank her). Later it was found out that it turned out that it was not economical for the Santa Ana county to prepare a guide, because only 6 flights were planned for the herd during the season. Is this treatment of customers appropriate?
