They don’t back their products

Had a faulty window place in new home by this company, they contracted another company to do the replacement, 5months ago and we still have no replacement window. Have had to call and email without much success.

Lansing Building Product…..Poor QC..Salesman a scamer…

Bought Building Items from Lansing Building Product….When it got to the Charlotte Job site it was the wrong size….and the wrong stuff… Called the salesman and was told it was my fault…Called the office was very rude…DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY….YOU WILL GET THE WRONG STUFF AND ALSO GET CHARGE TOO MUCH BY A RIP OFF...
