Appreciation of products

I ordered the flat iron for my fine thin hair. It works great, and revives my second day hair very nicely. The styling products work very well too. My hairdresser was impressed today, because she knows how difficult my hair is to style.

To find out about my return, no one will answer my emails.

Ordered your product, tried it twice, and absolutely hated it. I returned it, it was received at your facility a week ago, cannot get anybody to answer my email I know and I will get my money back. Horrible customer service! User’s recommendation: Don’t buy.
