Lake Crest Apartments very bad management

It was a nightmare to live there at all, in Milwaukie, OR. Over 40 Sick/starving cats are all over property on average each year who have been abandoned by tenants or dropped off randomly by strangers living underneath the buildings. urine is on all outsides of buildings and in some internal hallways.
