Poor service. Long delivery. Paka 11. 01. 2021. transferred to DPD, from 13 January to 22 January 2021. is in status on the way. The information phone cannot be called, the waiting time is up to 30 minutes. Emails are not answered. By calling DPD, the consultant informs that currently the warehouses are overcrowded and the old consignments are loaded with new consignments, the newer consignments reach the final recipient faster while the old ones are in the warehouses. At the same time, the consultant says that iExpress is doing its best to deliver the package to the customer faster. The question of when a package could be delivered cannot be answered.
