All of your places are understaffed, and you’re wrongfully firing employees left and right. Do better. People are blaming the employees, but they literally cannot do anything, and are being SWAMPED by patients. They have to rush around, and hope they can at least take a sip of WATER.
Many poor experiences there. Appointments cancelled with no notice. Location closed with no notice with cross-town trips and tank full of gas used.
