Tonight my husband and I went to Krystal JAXF03 store #738 with “manager” Audra Creech. 3 employees were sitting outside the front door smoking when we pulled in. Drive through taking so long

There should be any reason that the drive through taking forever to get food. 5 to 10 minutes is ok but anything pass that is ridiculous.
